This year has been rough in several ways,
We wasted time arguing, I hate to say...
Even when we saw how short life can be...
My goodness I look back and recount the weeks...
Some weeks we couldn't make time for fun...
Some we forgot who to focus on.
We did not always meet each other's needs...
Plus, I often took for granted the major three's:
1) You're an awesome man ...I want you to know
2) You've made me to luckiest woman in the world,
3) You're the person with whom I want to grow old,
so we'll enjoy our kid's future boys & girls.
